About Matt Redman
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2010 and have transformed the lives of countless clients in this time. With a tertiary education in Exercise Science and Australian certification as a Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach, I possess the education and experience needed to provide the highest level of coaching to my clients.
Since 2010, I have also been a High School Teacher and am nationally certified as a 'Highly Accomplished Teacher' - an advanced certification that less than 1% of teachers in Australia have attained. My experience as a teacher enables me to provide high quality education to my clients, delivering complex information regarding training and nutrition in a manner that is easy to understand.
I've spent the last several years developing the ultimate 16-week transformation program that will help you drop body fat and a build a lean, strong physique without sacrificing your lifestyle or the foods you love.
